EDGE Site Redesigned

MDenham pointed out that the EDGE site has been redesigned, by Fanatic. The new design requires either IE 4.0 and above or Netscape 6.0 and above.
In addition, Andrew Apted updated the page this week announcing that Andrew Baker has left the EDGE development team due to real-life constraints.

The DDF and RTS pages load, but all the links go to "forbidden" pages.

I'll fix it when I get home, the program I'm using to upload files isn't setting the permissions correctly.
