Josh Whelchel sends word that he has uploaded a mp3 remix of Bobby Prince's "Demons From Adrian's Pen" on his mp3.com site. The direct link to the mp3 is here.
Dustbunny notes that a band called Cursor who does remixes of video game music has made available an mp3 track which is a medley of multiple Doom music tracks. Their site is ... interesting ... to navigate, too.

I lissten to Bobby Prince's "Demons From Adrian's Pen" and I must say it sounds quite alot midi.. well ofcourse, it is midi :P,
well in my opinion a remix should blow the roof...
So I made a remix of the DooM e1m1 song
to show what a remix should sound like. :)
in my opinion that is..what do =YOU= think?¿

Wow, the guitar solo for the map01 song in cursor_doom was played really good...

That song is one of those songs with those super long solos, it's really cool.

I didn't like the "Demons in Adrian" remix. Not that it's bad.
It just didn't do justice to the original.

Cursor's web navigation is hell.

most of the tracks, esp. e2m2, m5, m7, m28, d2end, i've got them all from dw/music and listen to them frequently. i think they're well suited for doom's mood, hope doom3's music will have a similar style.

I'm out to get every last Doom Music remix I can get my hands on. I'm even going to record some songs with my guitar :-P but I dont know if I should just use the guitar and mix in some synthesized drums or just leave it the way it is. it has to have a beat, and I have no drummer or bassist :(

I really liked the last one ( Doom2 level one, 'd_runnin' ), that guy can play really fast, I trip all over that $h*t when I play it, and its pure hell trying to figure out the notes without any tabulature. the Doom2 theme song ( 'd_dead', I forgot what level ) was pretty cool too, for some reason, it reminds me of "...and justice for all" at the beginning. hmm ...
