Julian Posted February 22, 2002 Overclocked features a remix subsite where you can find 3 DOOM related tracks: a pretty heavy remix of E1M1 and 2 DOOM2 remixes (here and here). If this is not enough for you, then take your favorite instrument: the guitar tablatures of several DOOM2 tracks and the bass tablature of the E1M1 soundtrack are waiting for you. Thanks go to SpinSpyder for all these links. 0 Share this post Link to post
picklehammer Posted February 22, 2002 can you say.. "Stolen from newdoom"? Overclocked has had those forever... I gave the link to newdoom. Proof that doomworld steals newdoom news 0 Share this post Link to post
inferno_45 Posted February 22, 2002 I always knew there was somthing fishy going on over here. Quick, we must escape before they find out we know. 0 Share this post Link to post
Guest gems Posted February 22, 2002 where's the instruments? the "DOOM2 tracks" link just leads to a .txt file... 0 Share this post Link to post
Rellik Posted February 22, 2002 If I'm wasting time downloading that "this is DOOM baby, knock you down on yo knees!" song I'm gonna be choked... 0 Share this post Link to post
Fredrik Posted February 22, 2002 The E1M1 bass tabs are kinda useless... I remember a site that had full guitar tabs for the E1M1 and E1M8 music, though I don't know the URL. 0 Share this post Link to post
JehovahGyra Posted February 22, 2002 I know a certain band that will have an E1M8 available for download on Doomcenter soon. Soon... I really hope it's up soon. 0 Share this post Link to post

Moonflower Posted February 22, 2002 ok well the OD and DisGs in the E1M1 remix reminded me of an old wooden table being dragged across concrete. I need to work on Revalvicate JehovahGyra: make the E1M8 remix good :) 0 Share this post Link to post
Erik Posted February 22, 2002 picklehammer: Read the news credits: "Thanks to SpinSpyder for all these links", now go away. 0 Share this post Link to post
JehovahGyra Posted February 22, 2002 Well, it was finished several weeks ago, so it can't get any better by way of direct response to your request, but I assure you that I did my best. 0 Share this post Link to post
Crendowing Posted February 23, 2002 I've noticed that too...except I downloaded my E1M1 remix off of Napster over a year ago! Fucked up, isn' it? 0 Share this post Link to post
Crendowing Posted February 23, 2002 It's not...that one's entitled DOOM, and it's by Cynic Guru. I happen to have that one too. Nice to collect. 0 Share this post Link to post
Crendowing Posted February 23, 2002 And Jesus Christ...I've already downloaded the Bart Klepka remix...why did I have the feeling that it was gonna be something by him? 0 Share this post Link to post
Sir Fragsalot Posted February 24, 2002 Bart Klepta is the single best Doom remixer ever! And why are you saying "the Bart Klepta remix"? He's done... let's see... 1 E1M1, one Map01, one I can't remember the map of (a remix of The Demons from Adrian's Pen), a Doom/Dune crossover remix, and a Waiting For Romero To Play remix. Now go get them all. 0 Share this post Link to post
Law Posted February 26, 2002 Sounds like the midi was dragged in to a tracker and some samples were thrown in. I would like to listen to some good live renditions. My group tryed to do e1m1 but it was quite difficult. 0 Share this post Link to post
Crendowing Posted February 26, 2002 Dingus...I meant "the Bart Klepka remix that I was thinking of." Go take a long walk off a short pier. 0 Share this post Link to post
