Odd coincidence between Doom & Transformers

I don't know if it's ever been noticed before, but ...

In the old original Transformers animated series, there was a human scientist allied with the Decepticons (bad guys). Well, his name was "Dr. Archeville". It's freaky is that this character appears in the episodes "Ultimate Doom" I, II, and III, and the character leaves the series by being turned into a cyborg. :)
