A Bug in the when sending a news!!!

i don't know why but when i send a message for the news section i recieng a email notice like this

Well, I guess I know now what happened. Over time, my mail folders went unchecked. Sent, recieved, and trash built up.. Much quicker than I expected. My 5,000K disk quota filled up, and messages wouldn't arrive! I fixed that my emptying the trash folder. Man, I really need to get andrewb@andrewb.net operative.
