Why I get crash in ZDoomGL Bot Match?

When I use ZDoomGL to play the bot match.It get crash and return to the desktop after I played about a few minutes.And it is Too Slow when I added a few bots in the match.Why?

ZDoomGL is pretty buggy, & the slowdown is horrendous from the mdl's. Also, the Cajun code has a bug that causes a huge slowdown whenever the bot gets the RL.
