Guest erick20 Posted October 26, 2000 Does anyone else here love playing level one as much as I do..? I'm kind of a retired doomer, I only really look back on doom for nostalgic reasons.. but I remember when doom was all the rage we'd play it 4 player to no end. I became a master at that level, knowing where a player would be just by listening to how far away his respawn sound was. Then I could fire a rocket down the appropriate hallway and kill him without even looking. It got pretty sadistic after a while... the level is so small, and those hallways are so condusive to bloodshed :) And don't even get me started with the BFG frag fests.
