Guest Ace_82 Posted November 8, 2000 I have the shareware of DOOM95 and play it with ZDOOM. BTW ZDOOM rules!!!! I'd like to know where I can get the other two episodes or more maps. Also does ZDOOM work with Doom 2 or any of the other Dooms for that matter? Thanks! 0 Share this post Link to post
AndrewB Posted November 8, 2000 Doom95 is a shareware program that works with all major DOOM IWADs. In order to play those other games, you'll have to acquire those WADs, and play them by placing them in the Doom95 directory. 0 Share this post Link to post

TheProphet Posted November 8, 2000 Simple: For doom.wad you need the registered version of DOOM, for doom2.wad you need DOOM II. - Hell On Earth. 0 Share this post Link to post

You can buy DooM and DooM2 on auction sites (such as ebay), directly from id software, and occasionally from retail stores. They're real cheap in the stores, and sometimes are packaged together. Some years ago I bought the DooM Trilogy (DooM95, DooM2, Master Levels plus zillions of other levels) for only $10.00 at Best Buy. 0 Share this post Link to post

Mordeth Posted November 9, 2000 Reminder of some of the forum rules: no warez is allowed. If I catch someone linking, offering or asking for free full versions of games I will delete the thread plus account of the offender. 0 Share this post Link to post
Boingo Posted November 11, 2000 I am certain that you can find a copy of Ultimate DooM (both DOS and Win 95 versions included), or DooM II, or The Depths of DooM Trilogy (containing both Ultimate DooM and DooM II) if you look around hard enough. I happened to see a coppy of Ultimate DooM in a local Business Depot just last week. If worse comes to worst, you can always order a copy DooM 95 from id software's homepage. 0 Share this post Link to post
