Malice Rancor Posted December 19, 2000 Go into the directory at the MSDOS prompt that has the .EXE that you are planning on using. Type in name of the .EXE file that you are using, such as Doom2, Legacy, MBF, and then type -file and the name of the .WAD file. EXAMPLE: doom2 -file name.wad legacy -file name.wad jdoomd3d -file name.wad or if the wad file is not in the same directory include path doom2 -file c:\doom\wads\name.wad legacy -file c:\doom2\wads\name.wad jdoomd3d -file c:\doom\doomwads\name.wad 0 Share this post Link to post
NiGHTMARE Posted December 19, 2000 No, he's talking about Doom '95, which uses a windows launcher. Yes, you have to select the relevant IWAD (doom2.wad for Doom 2, plutonia.wad for The Plutonia Experiment, etc). This means you can have all the main .wads in one directory if you like. Then you select any add-on .wads you want to use, although I have a feeling you may be limited to one at a time? I'm not sure, I haven't used it for a couple of years. 0 Share this post Link to post
