Doomserver software problems

I recently downloaded a version of doomserv that was only about a 1MB..after not being able to connect to a server, i decided to get the "full" version....i installed it (note that i got multiple errors during the install and this was downloaded off the doomserv site!) and since then everytime i run doomserv it crashes my computer! what is the problem? how do i fix it? help will be appreciated!

I presume since you were on Doomserv last night the problem is fixed?
