A question about cdrom.com and newstuff

How do I get something of mine to appear on the /newstuff thing? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I've never uploaded anything to cdrom.com before, and it's very confusing @_@

Log into ftp.cdrom.com using an ftp proggie. Browse through pub and idgames, and enter incomming. Then upload the file, with a text in there.

It's not that simple Maonth. There are rules. Just read the documents in /idgames and /incoming

Actually it is that simple. He asked how to upload a .wad, not what he is and isn't allowed to put in it.
