Best time for chat in #doomworld

Hi, every time I connect to #doomworld, that place is empty, the only person I can see in my console is "ChanServ". Or am I banned? There was a day I posted a link to an ebay-auction about reaper miniatures and the channel-master kicked me off (but some time after I could enter again and have a talk with one lonely Doomer). Is #Doomworld always so empty. When is the best time to find Doomers as chat-partners there (just give me american time, I can calculate the german time by adding 7 hours).

It seems that what is left of the Doom community is about as sociable as it is willing to work together.

#doomworld is DEAD! Very dead!

I really dont know of anyone who goes there. If you are looking to meet people from the community try joining these channels:

irc.openprojects.net on channel #doom
irc.prison.net (EFNET) on channel #csdoom

Both are usually pretty busy and I'm sure you'll find someone there.

no one goes to #doomworld. i agree with NightFang. i go to #doom on irc.openprojects.net but not #csdoom at EFNET
