I love wadauther, its easy to use and for windows, then i suposse
theres doomcad..

DoomCad is really good because its very flexible, but it takes a lot of experience to make really good use of it. The help files and such that come with it dont point out all that can be done or the little bugs that might fuck up your level. Wadauthor is more user friendly, but I still prefer doomcad.

WadAuthor is also a good choice with good documentation. DoomCad is err .. mumble mumble.
