Zeratul 982 Posted March 14, 2001 Since ftp.cdrom.com is technically gone, anyone know the main site where I can find MM2 and redownload it? (I'm almost certain that everyone knows the answer to THIS one) 0 Share this post Link to post
Vorpal Posted March 14, 2001 The official MM webpage is at: http://www.geocities.com/hollywood/2299/ and a list of cdrom.com mirrors can be found at: http://teamtnt.com/mirror.htm 0 Share this post Link to post
elbryan42 Posted March 14, 2001 I think I have it. I'll be putting up all of my wads soon. 0 Share this post Link to post
Zeratul 982 Posted March 14, 2001 Not only are they good levels, but it has good midis as well. Even for a Crystal SoundFusion sound card! I wonder what they would sound like on...what do you call it? A Roland? 0 Share this post Link to post
elbryan42 Posted March 14, 2001 I wouldn't know what the music sounds like. For some reason on my sb pci128, it can't play the midis (used by another app). That's why those music wads are perfect! Finally I get music again! 0 Share this post Link to post
stphrz Posted March 14, 2001 You can download it from a mirror site. Like this one :) http://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/idgames/themes/mm/mm2.zip 0 Share this post Link to post

It's some experimental one though, and was a whore to set up. 0 Share this post Link to post

The music was made for doom with the Roland in mind. thus, it sounds better. Those mp3s on my site for doom 1 and 2 were done on a roland. unbelievable how sound blaster live still doesn't sound as good! it's 10 years later. you think they would've perfected it by now. click on music at the doomworld main page for more info! 0 Share this post Link to post
