Zeratul 982 Posted April 3, 2001 I attempt to open the ftp (with the new name) and I get something about it being a read-only file, and I can't copy, upload, rename, etc. When you renamed the site, did the permissions somehow reset itself or something? elbryan42 Posted April 3, 2001 the new name is just that. the ip, site, accounts, and permissions are still the same. it should work. if you're using a browser, don't forget you still need the username and password. the address is in my sig now. if you're having any troubles, you can still use the ip. the address is just easier to remember that's all. and i just tested it. writing works. 0 Share this post Link to post
