Recording Demos

I play teh DM wit some peeps and sum of em like to record da fights and play em back later. Well, on one wad, da demos go outta sync after like 4 minutes. But when da person records a demo with bots, da demo is fine. I thought this an interestin' riddle for da techies to try and solve. You won't get a prize, just praise.
