what are the best megawads for doom/doom2 for play in single
player mode?
and where i can find them?

Two excellent megawads that I know of are "Eternal DooM" and "Icarus". These wads can be found at www.teamtnt.com .

You can also look in the megawad folders on CDROM in the level sections.

Also, if you run ZDoom, get Herian2.wad from CDROM.com.
It's one of my favorites.
