I have a misaligned ceiling problem

I have created a doorway with on both sides a small sector which is supposed to give lighting. I used a ceiling texture that came out perfectly on one side but awful on the other side. Is there anyway to solve this problem without changing the length of sector?

You could create your own flat and shift it so it looks aligned, however this won't work with regular doom, only the source ports

If perchance you are using ZDoom you can use the align ceiling:

"Line_AlignCeiling (lineid, side):

Causes the tops of the floor or ceiling textures in the front (0) or back (1) of the specified line to align with the line."
