Tormentor667 Posted September 7, 2000 Hey Z Doom Leveldesigners, how can I create a doublesky via ZDoom when I want to see the sky in a full view? (I mean, when I look with mouselook to the TOP/BUTTOM of the SKY and see it though) When I try to use my STARS doublesky, ZDoom crashes! The Sky has this Attributs: Sky 1: 256 X 128 Sky 2: 256 X 128 The MAPINFO tells ZDOOM: doublesky noskytexturestretch (?) sky1 nsky1 [the name of the first sky] 0.8 sky2 nsky2 [the.. second...] 1.6 I create the sky as it is told in the ZDOOM SPECS but though it crashes! Wildman Posted September 7, 2000 I believe this has something to do wit the stretch sky on or off if I remember correctly. Remove your no stretch and just use the options menu and see if that fixes it. 0 Share this post Link to post
ReX Posted September 7, 2000 I'm not sure if you view this as an option, but you could use taller skies, i.e., 256x240. Tarin has a utility on his site that allows this. (Of course you could just use DeePSea to increase the height of the RSKY texture, then insert your 256x240 bmp.)
