SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 I updated Immoral Conduct Boom to version 2. Download it using my sig or the link above. Here's a screenshot! Give me some feedback and play it online. Cory Whittle is going to post it on his site tommorow. Here's his opinion. "Other than that, the extra framework is excellent" Note: Works best with Zdoom 1.22 or less or a Boom specific port (Boom, MBF). And if you downloaded it before this post happend, redownload it. 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 prboom is winboom basically. Cory Whittle did the bug testing and a boom port and zdoom 1.22 work fine. 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 dos boom should work. It was made with MBF. 0 Share this post Link to post

SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 well, if you want to, you can play icd-boom on zdoom 1.22! Cory Whittle said it work fine with both patches. 0 Share this post Link to post
Doom II Guy Posted July 3, 2002 Hmmmm....so it won't work with ZDooM version 1.23?? 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 nah, whittle noted that weapon #4 (ak-47 on patch 1 and uzi on patch 2) made zdoom crash. Plus, he noted that the invisible bullets effect made the walls think it was a dark hole. I might be able to fix it. As for Jdoom, icd-boom is unfriendly with it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Doom II Guy Posted July 3, 2002 Pffft, I'm not going to downgrade to play it. Maybe once you fix it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Naked Snake Posted July 3, 2002 Yeah, fix it please. Isn't there allready a ZDoom ICD anyway? 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 yeah, but it's a little bland (knife, pistol, shotgun, ak47, minor frame replacement with ssg, grenade launcher, hand grenades, and unpowerful sniper rifle). I played it on boom and it was boring. I think my version is better. =] 0 Share this post Link to post

SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 ok, i fixed the zdoom bugs. Download it and read the text file for instructions. Liam, the rest of Cory's replies were the bugs in version 1 of icd-boom. Now go download my version again and you'll be happy liam. HAPPY DOOMING! 0 Share this post Link to post
Doom II Guy Posted July 3, 2002 Thanks, I'll play it tomorrow (actually today...it's 3 A.M. and i'm tired). 0 Share this post Link to post
pritch Posted July 3, 2002 Doom II Guy said:Pffft, I'm not going to downgrade to play it. Maybe once you fix it. You'd do well to remember that 1.22 is infinitely more stable and much more FINISHED than 1.23b at the moment. Send Randy some money or something :) 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 thanks. It was a pain in the ass trying to bypass the new features. I had to stay up till 3:25. 0 Share this post Link to post
NiGHTMARE Posted July 3, 2002 You'd do well to remember that 1.22 is infinitely more stable and much more FINISHED than 1.23b at the moment. So why does v1.22 crash MORE than the latest v1.23 beta then? 0 Share this post Link to post
Doom II Guy Posted July 3, 2002 Holy crap the guns are glitchy! I thought you said you fixed it for ZDooM version 1.23 0 Share this post Link to post
SyntherAugustus Posted July 3, 2002 odd, i fixed it with zdoom 1.23 b32. dont tell me i have to get b33. Are you sure you followed the instructions? 0 Share this post Link to post
