looking for openGL drivers for DooM-base

I am looking for the correct openGL driver for DooM-based games.I know I had one before, but i don't remember where I got it.I have a voodoo3 3000 and I previously ran a copt of glHeretic in hi-res and a high frame-rate. The gargoyle mdl. looked great. I figure the same driver will work with DooM legacy, because the opengl.dll that comes with glLegacy does not work. I get maybe 1 frame per 3 seconds. Any help at all would be greatly appreacated.
