Volte Posted July 5, 2002 Alrighty. I just spent my first few hours on ZDaemon and CSDoom using the Internet Doom Explorer, and I had a blast (found out I'm pretty good too). But, every so often, the game will go all finicky (mostly between levels) and crash with an illegal operation. Sometimes this happens on start up. It also happens when I try to connect to a coop game. The console basically looks like this: (Sending userinfo) VolteFace has Connected sending userinfo sending userinfo sending userinfo sending userinfo And then it illegal operations. I did the -heapsize thing, and this happens will all coop games. Any ideas? 0 Share this post Link to post

fodders Posted July 5, 2002 It's a common fault, more so with csdoom servers I think, but it does happen quite a bit, it sends that message when the server isn't allowing a connection, when it's down, say. 0 Share this post Link to post
Volte Posted July 5, 2002 Well, this happens when there is a game with 2-3 others in it already in progress. The server is not down; they players can even talk to me while I am at the console, but I get disconnected before too long. 0 Share this post Link to post
