Which will be the official Doom 3 site...?

id don't have a habit of setting up their own sites, but I suppose PlanetDoom will be one of the most popular ones after the game's release, like PlanetQuake is now. Though I'm sure that Doomworld could attain some popularity with the new Doom III fanbase if it handles the transition well.

Doomworld will be like the unofficial doom3 site, because this is by far the best doom site. there's no question that LF and DSM will be able to handle all the n00bs that join just because of doom3. hopefuly doom3.dk will absorb most of them though, cuz their forums suck anyways.

AHAHAHAHAHA, oh no they won't. The flood of newbies will be tremendous! The Doom 3 section will need a Tech Support forum, Multiplayer forum and a few more mods will be needed in order to keep control if the newbie flood is half as big as we think it will be.

We can expect much of the quake3 community and that's a lot. It will be pretty hard to maintain and the top10(most posts) will be changed forever.

um not sure, most of the quake3 community members from q3w apparently favor their previous webmaster, Cyric, which is now the webmaster of Phobos Lab, more than any other current doom3 sites.
