Weird stuff...

Recommended Posts

Wouldn't it be cool to have all kinds of mysterious things happening on the web related to doom 3? And some weird adds should show up in magazines. When doom 3's releasedate is getting closer, more weird stuff should happen...

EXAMPLE > When doom 3 is almost being released. Adds should appear in newspapers, magazines, etc. with mysterious messages in 'em... Related to the devil, demons and stuff. These adds should tell you in a creapy way that the next doom is arriving...

I hope you guys get this. If you don't I'll try and explain this a little better next time...

You know what would be cool for the ua-corp.com website? A news terminal like the ones in Starship Troopers with the "Find out more" interactive media. It should be the official UAC channel, with weekly updates on the company´s archievements. But as DooM´s release date get´s closer, there will start to be a lot of "no comments" and hidden stuff happening. It should be obvious that something´s going weird up there, since the UAC representatives dodge questions and throw meaning-less speachs to the people.

Of course, everything should be done with Shockwave, by the same company who made/making id´s webpage. A 3 to 5 MB .swv per week

You mean if ID launched an advertising campaign?

I am certain they will.

Hey, that's a really cool idea. You should mail it to id and ask them to pay you for it :)

Hah, hell yes! It'd be like the real story evolved right in front of you in real-time. That'd suck you even more into the game once you get it :-)
