Looking for an old PC Gamer magazine in PDF form.

I've been trying to find a PDF of a particular issue of the magazine I used to have with Commandos II on the front cover, I think it was released sometime between 2001-2003 and it may have been the UK edition. There's many other PDFs available for a lot of other PC Gamer editions but none of them list the one that I'm currently looking for so far.

Does anyone even have a PDF of it?

Well there's a lot of gaming magazines in there for PC games but none of them so far are titled "PC Gamer". I guess I'll just have to keep looking.
