Lubricant Posted July 12, 2002 I run a small online game called Meridian59.. Server runs nice and smooth, no problems, client works very nice also. The client uses BGF files as graphics, and ROO files as maps. I wish to be able to edit these files.. I hear roo file is from a modified versuon of WinDEU? BGF is a multilayered Bitmap format.. x,y axis and multiple colors, sides, actions...
