problem

immediatly after i start zdoomgl.exe it exits and i get a little window saying: "W_GetNumForName: CONCHARS not found!"

i have zdoom 1.23, zdoomgl 0.66.2 and the latest md2 pack

ZGL needs the ZDOOM.WAD that came with ZDoom 1.22, not any of the later versions. Also, make sure you have your Doom/Doom2 IWAD in the same folder or use the -iwad parameter to point ZGL in the right direction.
