On that note if anyone submits a Terry wad I will bury them alive in memes (is that much cancer worth it?).

I will take a Trap Wad if it at least have some crazy gameplay and if the payload is some insane shit and if it can actually be completed (ooh, how risky).

Ogopogo is the single most terrifying beast to ever live, he is the water spirit of the greatest life and existence. Ogopogo rules over his island realm of rattlesnakes and sagebrush, deep within a dark corner of lake Okanagan. One man realized the amazing glory of this ancient and horrifying deity and constructed a giant great pyramid replica and giant camel out of porcelain and flesh, and a small golf course to entertain Ogopogo's serpent followers. The Canadian government feared the results of what may result from this increase in resources and power, so much like FOXHOUND, they destroyed everything that was his. The sea serpent lord later got his revenge 30 years later, when he used his awesome powers to will a lightning bolt to start the 2003 Okanagan Mountain Park Fire. No one has messed with him since, except for a select few spooky ghost search TV show people that were most certainly eaten by either him or the rattlesnakes of Rattlesnake island or both. The Canadian government has made this a protected land so as to not incur his wrath.

He has been categorized as a 'many hump' variety of lake monster, and suggested to maybe be some kind of a serpentine whale.

TL;DR Ogopogo is the Chuckata Senshinorris of the water.

Freedoom used to have a map like that, called "The Mine" (map09, or something like that).

It was removed from the 0.10 release, probably for being of WOOO 3 quality.

...it might take me some time to figure out how to make a map, but I'll try. :)

(I'm reading the reference manual... this is apparently not anywhere close to being as easy as I had hoped it would be)

OK, Here we go. I tried to include as many annoying things as possible, and as a bonus, it's my very first shitmap ever! I call it "Dirty Ding Dong".

You do not need to have an ANIMDEFS for WATFALL, just rename it WFALL and it will work on its own. Also guys, I'm like, the compression mastermind. So I insist you allow me to remove unnecessary bloat from the final compilation, if you wish. Remember, we can be assholes, but we must at least be professional assholes.

I'm also wondering how this will actually work now that there's plot. Maybe just throw together random sequences of events and then try to fit it together in a "cohesive" (and by cohesive, I mean scary fever dream logic) narrative.

Is there an easy way to use GZDoom builder to convert a Doom 1 map to Doom 2 format?

Also, I was using Freedoom to make my earlier map, so if you want to retexture it or something, feel free. The OP did say that these maps could be of any quality, though.

No you will not be pushed off the first page by generic mappack #255 fuck

Open GZDoom Builder twice, one with the map you want to convert and the other with an empty map. CTRL+C everything in the first map and CTRL+V it into the empty map. Save. Yaaaaaay...
