Doomtodeath Posted January 8, 2016 Have you ever seen a movie, loved it, then checked reviews/asked friends and found out that it was apparently pretty bad? one of mine was the original Clash of the titans. 0 Share this post Link to post

Yup. The Green Mile. For strange reason only few from my "circle" love that movie... 0 Share this post Link to post
kristus Posted January 8, 2016 I liked Terminator Genisys when I saw it at the movies. 0 Share this post Link to post
dew Posted January 8, 2016 Mine will be pretty weird: Southland Tales. I enjoy this movie unironically despite realizing what an utter mess it is. 0 Share this post Link to post

I saw this at the theater as a little kid and even have some of the toys somewhere. Movies I liked: - Who's That Girl(Madonna movie) - Freddy Got Fingered - Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2 0 Share this post Link to post
Remilia Scarlet Posted January 8, 2016 Ultramarines: A Warhammer 40,000 Movie. I fangirl every time I see it. Also a lot of horror movies, which seem to usually get horrible reviews. 0 Share this post Link to post
Azuruish Posted January 8, 2016 Screamers... Still love that movie. I love atmosphere, characters and humor in that movie and I'm a little disappointed because of low rating =( 0 Share this post Link to post
SFoZ911 Posted January 8, 2016 Doom. I legitimately enjoyed that movie. 0 Share this post Link to post
Deleted_Account Posted January 8, 2016 I enjoyed Phantoms, I still watch it from time to time. 0 Share this post Link to post
Johnatone Posted January 8, 2016 RoboCop 2. The original is my favorite movie of all time hands down, and nothing related to the franchise touches it, but I think 2 gets more flak than it deserves. 3 sucked shit though. 0 Share this post Link to post
Netherstorm Posted January 8, 2016 Hitman Agent 47. Thought it was okay, nothing top tier, but I didn't mind it. 0 Share this post Link to post
pritch Posted January 8, 2016 I like Star Trek III and even Trek fans are liable to disown you for that. 0 Share this post Link to post

Clonehunter Posted January 9, 2016 Sphere. I thought it was a decent adaption plagued only by its rubbish pacing. 0 Share this post Link to post

EDIT: Ok looks like it is. But I wonder how they got all these awesome actors on board and still couldn't fund the CGI to be better. 0 Share this post Link to post
Pencil of Doom Posted January 9, 2016 Rambo IV, over the top gore that looks realistic, there's a lot of action and then pure carnage, i love it, to me it's the most underrated of all Rambo movies. 0 Share this post Link to post
dew Posted January 9, 2016 Jaws In Space said:The Core Oh, come on. The Core is amazing and doesn't belong in this thread. It belongs to the fabled "It's so bad it's good" category along with The Room, Death Wish 3, Andy Sidaris movies, etc etc. 0 Share this post Link to post
Chezza Posted January 9, 2016 As a couple already said, Alien Resurrection and Predator 2. There's a movie I am embarrassed to say I like watching. Perhaps it should belong in the inevitably incoming "embarrassing movies you enjoy watching". Anyway, it's Cold Mountain. It's just a damn romance... I think. But damn it I enjoy it. 0 Share this post Link to post

Also, it had a small-ish budget. But yes, it's real (and I love it). 0 Share this post Link to post
Kontra Kommando Posted January 9, 2016 Prometheus I was thinking about making a space jockey, as a custom-monster. But we haven't seen what kind of weapons they use yet. 0 Share this post Link to post
Merry Widow Posted January 9, 2016 Liked Prometheus.First Clash of the Titans, Nazis at the Center of the Earth. That one was extremely stupid along with Frankenstein's Army, but I liked them. And on a lighter note, Spaceballs. 0 Share this post Link to post

Clonehunter Posted January 9, 2016 That movie was cruel in ship teasing Ryder and Weaver only to give us Perlman on Pinon action instead. 0 Share this post Link to post
