1 month behind me and i'm still not able not finish raw layout, i'm soo awfully slow. But at least there is some progress.

MAP27 of Iconography, "The Creator" (named after the semi-exposed Romero head), essentially done (save for proper music selection).

Surprisingly, this works perfectly fine with freelook (since you only get the RL at the very end and you need to hit the cage with a rocket from the top right to do any damage, needs about 20 rockets to kill)

I had to delete a load of my old attachments to upload this for some reason.

Finally had a few spare hours to keep working on my map. Made a nice fountain and a fancy staircase. (from the slowest mapper in the world)

Sure is! Great texture set, some really useful stuff. 

 

 (BTW bummed that i can't sit in on your Mapping Monday sessions, it's always my 3am :(  Pleeeeeease drop me a line of you ever 'go rogue' and stream at a different time than usual. I think you sometimes stream randomly, right?)

I've not streamed for nearly a month at the moment, needed a break. I'm unlikely to stream at a different time, just how timezones and having a 9-5 job works, heh.

I could totally use a sky texture like that for my space station level!

 

Here is levels E4M1 and E4M2 of my mega wad which takes place on Mars City and the other Doom 3 enviroments.  I don't have the skill of a advanced user but I like to map anyways.

Little suggestion: try to cut down on corridors. Try to only use them as connectives between different segments of the map if you do use them, instead of making them take up most of the map.

Other than that, it looks nice!
