Novaseer Posted October 21, 2018 Work-in-progress secret level for my personal project. 1,558 monsters so far - and generally becomes over 2k through archviles and pain elementals. elend Posted October 23, 2018 I noticed, that my rooms or screenshots tend to look a bit "confusing" compared to other people's shots. (Case in point, the first screenshot) Do I detail too much? Well, finished some more stuff on my unnamed hell map. At this point I am basically just creating rooms and maybe think about the odd encounter here and there. That being said I'm a known sucker for high levels of detail so I'll never say too much detail :P Only thing I'd change is get rid of these upper midtex. They are clipping through the sloped floor and don't add anything to the vista IMO. Everything else looks mint 3 Share this post Link to post

elend Posted October 23, 2018 Yeah, you are right, I‘ll remove them. I was thinking about simplifying those thingies anyway, because they look kind of wild. Originally I planned some kind of human meat sausage factory in that alcove (thus the vast amounts of blood) but couldn‘t figure out how.
