noted thanks for the feedback! I will change it soon, I will probably keep the rocks logged with blood/glowing rocks but they will be lowered with the blood

Here's a playthrough of my little quarantine project... my first WAD: Metastasis

 

I started this thing in late March and have been piling shit on top of it ever since. It isn't finished, but I'm too eager to show it off, so I recorded a little playthrough to show the world what I'm working on and to eventually be ashamed of! I'm really excited to set this baby off to the wolves, but that'll take time.

i got a lot of work still too do for this, level 17 for labyrinth of aku megawad im working on.

Added some of the original Doom 2 decorate files to my mod so now Zombies drop more than an ammo clip. They also drop an armour bonus, and sometimes they drop their weapon (yes, I added the Zombies Rifle into my mod)

 

Shotgunners and Chaingunners also have been rewritten and now have reduced drop rate for their weapons, and they too, also drop armour bonuses and ammo for their weapons.

The grass is a lot more saturated than the rest of the scene, not to mention the tiling of the flowers is really noticeable. I'd suggest finding a more word out. Aside from that though, this looks fantastic :)

Been slacking the past few days, but I finally now got another room finished in the map. Just one more big room and two little rooms near the exit to finish, and the outside area (which isn't pictured... yet lol) to finish off then I just got to add the monsters and that, then it's another map finished. I think we all know what webs in the venting could mean 🤔🕷️ lol. If not, then you haven't played D3 lol

@Moustachio   maybe a blackish sky with deep blues (almost black) to add contrast to that spectacular geometry or alternately a mucus looking sky since you're inside a creature

Alternatively a spaghetti texture. Maybe green, to contrast with the reddish squid textures. :p

Found these two awesome seamless textures on myfreetextures.com (so I guess they are free to use), you could make a sky out of these yourself.

All you need to do is make sure the combined length of the circle's linedefs is divisible by 64. Simples.
