[BUG FIX] ACS scripts no longer delete classic repeatable specials

There has been a bug where classic linedef types starting ACS scripts (listed here) would act like S1/W1/G1 even if they were SR/WR/GR, if those ACS scripts were calling parameterized specials. It has been fixed.
