[PrBoom+ 2.5.1.4] Vanilla demo desync if more than 30 active ceilings

It seems that PrBoom+ doesn't emulate the static limit of 30 active ceilings (MAXCEILINGS) when running vanilla Doom demos. This means that if a map has more than 30 active crushers and the player has to pause them, they'll ALL be stopped in PrBoom+ instead of just the first 30 sectors, even if PrBoom+ is just running a vanilla Doom demo.
