Would be interesting if people made some new games on the engine. AFAIK most of the existing ones outside the Serious Sam franchise aren't really FPS, and not exactly old-school style (the only one I knew about before checking MobyGames is Nitro Family - never played it but apparently it is... weird).

Assuming this game gets some more source ports on Windows, what is Serious Sam TFE and TSE's equivalent of the .wad file for the main game itself?

(.wad for Doom and Doom 2, .grp and .rts for Duke Nukem 3d, etc)

Not really, but the fork on which there's been the most activity is this one:

Most of the commit activity seems to be "fix compilation on X or Y platform", nothing like crazy new playing/modding features.
