2nd tier enemies wad?

Hello Doomers! I'm looking for any wad that emphasizes 2nd tier enemies over entry level (barons over imps, shotgunners over former humans etc.). Surely there is a mod like this?

So, are you looking for mapsets that use many high-tier monsters (in that case check out Plutonia, Plutonia 2, Sunder, Ribbik's wads and other slaughtermaps), or are you looking for a gameplay mod that would automatically replace low-tier monsters with high-tier ones in potentially any mapset that you played the mod with?

There's Hard Doom, which replaces every enemy type with a stronger variant.
