As i was expecting this wad was excellent. Great music and level design. Those aspects are 10/10. Game play was also pretty solid but a bit tedious in later levels and would rate at 8/10. I was only able to make it to lvl 22 on ultra violence using project brutality set on brutal doom spawns. Was happy to see only a couple arena slaughter maps and they were very well done. Overall i would give a 9/10 rating and will be keeping this in my collection. Ill give it another shot later down the road on a lower difficulty. Thanks for sharing you work.

Hello.JPCP_RC was finally released on June 26.However,make sure not to think this as the final version.I said "it will be released after june 19th 2016." but sadly,our schedule delayed due to fixing bugs and adjusting environment . I apologize for telling a lie.The real final version will be released on July 9 at present.

JPCP is updated. JPCP was much improved for many useful feedbacks on DWMC. Everyone, thank you. We will test the new version carefully on a few weeks, then the final version will be released. All maps were more or less improved. If you are interested in this version, check above a link. If you find any issue, please report it!

By the way, death exit was added in map 20 from a propose on DWMC. The way of entering a secret exit in map 31 was changed. You have to pick up some weapons in secrets for going to map 32. You don't have to avoid weapons now.

The music in map28 is a different song, but to be honest, Day of Mourning suited better for that map in my honest opinion, which was used in v1.1. I'm not saying the new map28 music is bad, but it's not as upbeat and catchy I find. Like I said, it's just my own opinion.

The new multiplayer item numbers seem to be a bit excessive. Like those 96 blue armours in MAP20 for example; and other items in the same and many more maps. They are stacked on top of each other.

JPCP_RC3 was released on July 9th 2016.Our schedule is delayed again.The final verion will be released on July 16th 2016 at present. But I don't know at all when it is released.Fixing bugs are already done,I think.Only we have to do is setting up the difficulty.I'm very sorry for this.I want to believe there are people who are interested in this.

If you want to generate this list yourself, you can now download the utility from http://rhinoduck.mooo.com/wiki/tnswutil, and run the following from the command line/shell
tnswutil -c mptypes -w PATH_TO_WAD
or
tnswutil -o -c mptypes -w PATH_TO_WAD
if you want it to write the output to a file instead.

You might find other commands, like 'coopstarts' or 'w1teles', useful as well; though those things have already been checked in this WAD.

Map07 is broken for me. I kill the fatsos but the walls don't come down. Downloaded the /idgames version and using gzdoom 1.9.

Thank you for the report. It's MAPINFO error. I incleded MAPINFO for no jump and no crouch before uploading it. I just didn't know "map07special" command.

Really sorry. I will update it soon, and I also will ask idgames maintainer why JPCP isn't in doom2/ports/megawad...

I checked JPCP was updated. Now, map 07 is not broken in Zdoom-type ports.

Japanese community project finally finished. I think that JPCP had some good opportunities. JPCP was selected at ZDeamon Thursday Night Survial and Doomworld Magawad Club.
The wad quality was substantially improved for eveyone's feedback.

No, sector 288 is not a door. It's the door opening. Sector 292, next to it on the south, is the door. It's supposed to 'close like a door after 5 minutes'. The linedef you referred to opens sector 292 from the inside of the secret area if it closes while you're in there. The problem is that sector 292 is already closed when the level starts. Floor and ceiling height are both -8. So that secret is unreachable.

Edit: If you clip through into the first room, there is a really non-intuitive hidden switch to actually open the secret area. That should be fixed, too. Oh, and the D1 to open sector 292 from the inside doesn't actually work until after 5 minutes have passed. Never realized it worked that way.
