It also contains elements of cyberpunk and makes creative use of stop-motion. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uROMTzJsfOI Saw that Trent Reznor did the theme for It, so I might just check It out since It looks Interesting. Anyways, I think another Pink Floyd movie that's rarely talked about might be The Final Cut. And HOLY SHIT Is It depressing and sad, the overall album Isn't that fun to listen to either unless you're willing to risk ruining your day. I don't remember much from the film, but yeah. The guy who made the video however mixed In The Wall footage, but I'm sure you can find It on the Internet somewhere. Oh, and uh. Cannibal Holocaust. I heard about that a few years ago when I was Interested In creepy shit (at least when I was more Into that and scarring myself at night). 0 Share this post Link to post

He only did the music for the third Tetsuo movie(which I haven't seen yet). But I still recommend watching the first. It's very unsetling, surreal, and the OST is incredible. Well, it's 19 minutes long, so it's more like a short, but I'll definitely watch it. The Wall is my favorite musical, and one of my favorite music albums of all time. It gives me the feels, but I don't think it ruins my day. Sometimes it's good to just mope around, In my opinion anyway :p 0 Share this post Link to post

Well, The Final Cut on the other hand Is extremely depressing and I can understand why people don't really like It that much, The Wall Is fun to listen to, but even then It's pretty saddening If you know the story. But Final Cut Is mainly about Roger Waters' father and WWII, and I suppose how It affected Waters. As I mentioned, I can see why people didn't really like It much. As for me, I love It. 0 Share this post Link to post
pablogener Posted May 26, 2016 Did anybody mention "Equilibrium" yet? I can't think of a movie that fits the term "cult film" better than that one. 0 Share this post Link to post

Great film, not sure how 'cult' it is though. It's basically a futurist depiction of George Orwells 1984 (which is a book and a cult film). This reminds me, have any of you seen Cypher? if you want a serious mind-bender of a film with an extremely gratifying ending, check it out. Borrows from the Matrix quite a lot, but captures the drab and gray of corporate bourgeois existence perfectly. 0 Share this post Link to post
