rhinoduck Posted May 26, 2016 We officially ended the Nightmare part of the session after MAP18 and will be playing the rest some other week. I think it is safe to say that some of us will probably have enough Nightmares already just from experiencing MAP14. We have switched to a total monster randomisation rotation to relax a bit now. Yes, JCD used an Arch-vile jump he's very familiar with since he has coop speedrun records in both UV Speed and NM Speed categories with this trick. It requires a specific positioning of the Arch-vile and is therefore pretty hard to achieve with other 20 players running around. The coop demos are definitely a recommended watch from me since I had no idea you could jump such a long distance with the help of an Arch-vile before watching them myself. 0 Share this post Link to post

Like, I was on the server, but JCD finished it while I was still observing the starting area waiting for a good opportunity to spawn. :) To be honest it was a little bit disappointing that after all these discussions on how to beat the map, it wasn't team effort that won but just a single guy.
