Xbox 1 Multiplayer Not Working

I've been "waiting for three more players" for the past fifteen minutes.

Is anybody else having issues getting into a multiplayer game? Or is this not new and I just don't know what's going on?

Yeah I had this happen too

My solution was this: I took doom out and played something better different

Yeah this is common in snap map I haven't had it happen in multiplayer
