There's another UAC logo in that video, one that looks more like the "two planets" thing from the original Doom. You see it on the wall of the machine room with the imp (at the end), and embossed on a few of the doors in the area.

Oh, and if you look at the bathroom scene frame-by-frame you can just catch a glimpse of a "restrooms" logo on the door.
