Dhewm3 or RBDoom3BFG?

Hello everybody,

I decided to finally play Doom 3 for the first time (on Linux), but I can't decide which source port to use between Dhewm3 and RGDoom3BFG. Which one would you choose? Any opinions?

RBDOOM-3-BFG has more graphical enhancements and fixes, Use that instead .

I was under the same impression, but is it that much noticeable? And what about the BFG gameplay changes (mounted flashlight, etc.)?

They're still there, BFG Gameplay changes weren't touched .

I decided to go with RBDoom3BFG, since it has better widescreen integration (specifically, the hud looks way better).
