Looks like our Mayor is backing a bold move to push for statehood, which is that we are going to start spending out budget without Federal approval and see what happens. Exciting/not exciting at the same time.

Northern New Jersey, in the New York Metropolitan Area.

Why do I make this distinction? Because as Ben Franklin put it, New Jersey is a "keg tapped at both ends". Meaning, the Northern part is in New York's sphere of influence, while the south is more within Philadelphia's.
