Doom 64 EX: How do I do 3D bridges?

Doom 64 EX has 3D bridges. Anyone knows how to make those in Doom builder 64?

Wow, I had no idea Doom 64 used such a convoluted method of creating bridges. Not sure if I will bother with them then since they sound like they are worth the effort.
