MancubusBruiser1988 Posted June 30, 2016 Hey, New here and new to using GZ Doom builder.. In gz Doom builder is there any way to have textures from both D1 AND 2 at the same time?? It says it's not a good idea to have two IWADS running (loaded). also the D2 sky textures over ride the D1 sky textures.. which is annoying cause I want the D1 sky in my map.. What do I have to load in order to have all the textures from both Doom's and be able to have the Knee deep in the dead sky? Thanks. 0 Share this post Link to post
illuknisaa Posted June 30, 2016 In "zdoom in udmf" format you don't use gzdoom builder to change sky textures. For that you need slade. http://zdoom.org/wiki/MAPINFO See map definition. Also i think there is a texture pack that contains all the missing doom1 textures. It's better to use that rather than load both doom1 and doom2.
