Egyptian Guardian Posted August 19, 2016 That is to be expected. Zdaemon is an older port that can't handle much abuse due to its limitations, whereas zdoom is complicated and advanced in its features; therefore zdoom excels in processing multiple sprites. 0 Share this post Link to post

TimeOfDeath Posted August 20, 2016 I don't know what version zdaemon is based on now, but when it was based on zdoom 1.23 it was always faster than zdoom in slaughterfests. It sounds like what Maes mentioned, that he was playing online. 0 Share this post Link to post
