memorial.wad- how did it do it?

1- when you go to the first exit, up ahead you'll see nothing. Go slowly through the tunnel, and suddenly a med kit appears (this wasn't here before)
Go back and this do with the automap on. See what happens.

2- music changes in the middle of the map. How? Can dehacked actually support such a thing?

Wasn't memorial.wad the one with a flag that looked like it was moving in the wind?
That was one cool abuse of animated textures.

^ I remember the wad that you're talking about, but no, this thread is about this Memorial.wad, the wad that combined all Doom 2 maps into one.
