I know there is a megasphere and armor in this game is different, but .... but .... it was always my favourite pickup :) The purist in me agrees - there is just something immensely satisfying about picking up that ol' blue megaarmour and beefing your armour level up to 200 :D The practical side of me, however, perfectly understands the design decision to have all armour pickups be green, while maintaining all Health pickups as blue - consistency is generally very useful in game design.
