Monster teleport

How do I make monsters teleport via walking over an invisible line? The place I want them to teleport will be in the same place as line walked over. Also want a lot of monsters to teleport to different parts of the same area..

Set action 125 (walk once) or 126 (walk repeatedly) on a two-sided linedef inside your sector of choice, then create a new sector for each of the teleport-to locations and place a Teleport Destination thing inside each sector, then connect teleport-from lines and teleport-to sectors with identical numerical tags?
