Having trouble connecting to a zandronum server

This is what I'm using to start it:

zandronum -host -port 10666 -iwad doom2.wad -file push-v0.7.pk3 +dmflags 1337 +dmflags2 9212 +dmflags3 0 +compatflags 0 +compatflags2 0 +sv_cheats 1 +map map01 +sv_hostname "Land of Derp" +sv_website "www.derp.com"

I can connect to it with 10.1.60 but not I or someone remotely can log into it with my ip address. Am pretty sure that NAT and port forwarding is on.

Also, whenever I've tried to start a server I can't see it in doomseeker.
